AP Sample Reports
Our online AP® Learning Tools are designed to extend learning opportunities for your students and save teachers time by reinforcing instruction, filling in gaps, and monitoring mastery.
Our signature features include questions and answer choices that mimic the rigor of College Board®-level content and answer explanations that help students understand and retain information. Plus, robust reporting provides intuitive insight into progress and usage at the district, campus, classroom, and student level to celebrate success and identify gaps.
Reports may be filtered for individual campuses and subject-areas and there is the ability to drill down into classrooms and into individual students for specific details.
District Dashboard
District leaders can see a high-level view of license usage, student enrollments, assignments, and performance for all campuses. The report may also be filtered for individual campuses and subject areas.
Campus and district leaders may also view usage and performance for every subject area or teacher at a school.
Unit Test Reports
Administrators can push out Unit Tests by course across all schools and classes in the district so that they can effectively monitor where AP students are and how they might perform on their AP exams.
Reporting allows you to build your own efficacy story so you can effectively measure your AP program year over year.
School leadership has clear visibility into usage and progress across classes and subject areas.
Class Reports by Subject
Licenses used, assignments submitted, questions completed, and percentage of correct responses help provide insight into implementation effectiveness.

Class Assignment Results
Reports by assignment show performance results for the whole class, including percentage correct and incorrect, and how many students asked for help on questions. Teachers can find the names of students who requested help and provide individualized or group assistance.
At the individual student level, real-time tracking helps teachers make data-driven instructional decisions.
Assignment Results by Student
Performance on individual assignments can be viewed by students to show how they performed. Teachers can view each question, which answer the student chose, and the correct answer and explanation.
